He voluntarily works towards conservation of medicinal plants, local health traditions and further documenting ancient Hatha Yoga practises by travelling through India especially Himalayas. He provides free online Ayurveda education in basic fundamentals through National Library of Ayurveda Medicine (www.nlam.in) since 2009. Dr. Kavitha Chinnaiyan is a leading integrative cardiologist and Professor of Medicine at Oakland University William Beaumont School of Medicine.
